INSEAD
Considering Mina Zayed as a future Art District, we proposed a space open to everybody, it's not only for students but also a public space. We imagined it like a park, a space which creates a chance to communicate. It is a space that actively encourages students to choose where to go, do their work and study, get together and talk to their friends. It becomes condusive to learning, this building will be open and active from morning to midnight every day. Giving it a night life by providing remote working spaces, multipurpose space and cafes to support this ambition. A place which is dedicated to students, where they not just study but live. The building has an ambition of openness and uniqueness to spread a lifestyle of entrepreneurship and innovation.
